"I quit my job for Crafting" Amekya Creations explains why Crafting helps their mental health.

Crafting is something that many people have been doing over the various lockdowns, from knitting to jewellery making there is many different things that can be done which is why poeple use it for their mental health.

“I started Amekya creations a few years ago, but never really did anything with it. However, now due to lockdown my business has grown enough that I can announced that I have quit my job for crafts!"
“I also love the beach, anything to do with the sounds of the waves and the feel of the sand I love it, actually we put our house on the market to move somewhere next to the sea as it helps me, but it just didn’t work out.
“I can spend hours crafting, I have certain times of the month when I don’t sleep well at night, and because my workshop is situated above my garage I can come in here and escape from what is happening in my head.”

People focus in different ways to be able to cope with their mental health and they want an escape, many people including Tanya finds that making things and crafting helps their mind with everything happening in the world mental health is at an all time low.
